On October 9th, we notified our Kavi Support mailing list of this upcoming scheduled work:
Kavi’s hosting platform will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, October 13th between the hours of 9 PM PDT to 1:00 am 10/14. This maintenance window represents a significant infrastructure upgrade included as part of your service with Kavi. During this time, your installation *may* be inaccessible for up to 20 minutes.
In fact, this work was successfully completed without incident in just over 2 minutes just after 9 PM last Saturday – as reported by our Director of Platform Services later that evening (he was onsite to track progress).
In the future, we will not only broadcast notices to our existing mailing list (sign up to this low-volume list if you are a Kavi-designated org administrator and not currently getting our email announcements), but will update as needed in this forum. We’ll also broadcast significant status updates to our @kavisupport Twitter account as well.
