Workspace 6 – February 2017 – Groups User Experience Improvements

Kavi is excited to release a set of design and User Experience improvements.

These changes update the appearance of our application, and add several new features to your Groups. The embedded 20-minute video below demonstrates the changes.

A few highlights:

  • an updated Group Home Page
  • new bulk management tools for Comments
  • the ability to reply from within the application to Group Discussions
  • individual Avatars have been added to the Group home page, Roster and Group discussion panels

Workspace 6 customers will see these changes beginning Friday, February 3rd after our weekly software update has completed.

Kavi Help Desk: Online portal allows authorized administrators to work directly with our team. All tickets are tracked to resolution with email notifications.

Knowledge Base: Frequently updated online help is integrated into the product.

Training Webinars: Short, interactive video training sessions are scheduled each month for our administrator community. We share recorded videos after each session.

Kavi Support Policy: Read Kavi’s service, maintenance and support policies.
