The Profile Activity History tool is used to create customized views and reports of profile activity for troubleshooting and reporting purposes. Data recorded for each activity includes the time it occurred, its origin, who initiated the change, the type of change, the name of the profile and activity notes entered by administrators. You may download this report as a CSV (comma-separated values) file, then view and manage it through your usual spreadsheet software or text editor.
The information presented in the Profile Activity History is a simplified version of information extracted from the Full Activity Log that has been formatted for ease of use. If you need more detailed information about profile activity, such as which specific database fields were affected by the change and the new values in these fields, use the Full Activity Log tool. If you want to access profile data, use the Profile Data Report.

Get information you need for troubleshooting.
Download profile activity information.
Set any of the optional fields to refine the search criteria. To view all available profile activity history information, leave the search fields set to the default values.
Options
- Profile
Select the name of the profile whose activity history you want displayed, or leave it at the default setting All Profiles.
- After This Time
Use this field to set a point in time. The results will include only those changes logged after the time specified.
- Before This Time

Use this field to set a point in time. The results will include only those changes logged before the time specified.
Note
The time fields can be used together to specify a bounded time range beginning at the time set in the After This Time field and ending at the time set in the Before This Time field.
- Who Initiated Action
Enter a full or partial username to retreive changes initiated by a particular user. The username 'system' indicates an automated or uploaded change. The username 'Anonymous User' indicates the change was made from a publicly accessible page.
- Origination

Set this value to search for changes with a specific origination.
This commonly includes:
- All Originations
Any user may have initiated these changes.
- Manual
Changes made by someone using Kavi Showcase tools (as opposed to changes made by automated processes).
- Activity Type
Set this value to search for changes with a specific Activity Type. This can be one of many default activity types (e.g., Added, Edited, Renewed, Approved, Rejected, Featured, etc.) or an activity type specific to this organization.
Profile Activity History results are displayed for the search criteria you provided. Click the Download button if you want to download this information.
