This tool is used to activate or deactivate a profile. A profile with an 'active' status is potentially displayable in Kavi Showcase, a profile with an 'inactive' status is never displayed. Deactivation is a quick way to remove a profile and it's associated catalog items from your organization's showcase without deleting them permanently. To restore an inactive profile and associated catalog items to your showcase, activate the profile. For more information on how Status affects display, see Controlling Display.

Review the profile you want to activate or deactivate. Any copies of this profile in a different state are shown at the bottom of the page, as are all related catalog items. The 'Last Modified' date displays the most recent date and time that the profile(s) and catalog items were updated. An old 'Last Modified' date is a good indicator of a profile that isn't being actively maintained by its owner. Click Change Status to change the profile status.

If you want to permanently delete a profile and its catalog items rather than deactivating it, use the Delete a Profile tool to deactivate the profile.
