Super Admins use Manage Email Templates to view and manage default and custom email templates used in Kavi Showcase. Email templates may be scheduled to be sent automatically when a certain kind of event occurs through the Manage Email Schedule tool, which can also be used to add email templates.
Links to tools used to add, edit or delete email templates are displayed. Any template can be edited, but only custom templates can be deleted. Default templates and custom templates that are currently used for scheduled email cannot be deleted, so 'Delete' links are not displayed for these templates.
View and manage your organization's email templates. These templates are specific to Kavi Showcase. This tool doesn't manage templates used by other applications, such as Kavi® Members or Kavi ® Billing.
Access links to add, edit or delete an email template.
