Use the Manage Email Schedule tool to view and manage scheduled template-based email used in Kavi Showcase. View the list of all existing scheduled email and click tool links to add or edit scheduled email.
The scheduled email displayed through this tool doesn't include email managed by other applications that may be installed on the site, such as Kavi® Members and Kavi® Billing.

Each scheduled email uses an email template to generate email about an event. The email template contains a standard message that is sent to one or more types of recipients. Variables in the template are replaced by values extracted from the database when an email is generated. When you view a scheduled email template through the Manage Email Schedule tool, it displays in preview mode, with values from the database substituted for variables.

Access tools that allow you to add new scheduled email or manage existing scheduled email.
View scheduled email managed through Kavi Members, including when it is sent, the recipients list, the email template and scheduled email status.
You may narrow the displayed list by setting search criteria through the 'When:', 'Template Text:' or 'Recipient Type' search fields and pressing the Search button.
Click the 'Schedule a New Email' button if you want to add a new scheduled email.
Click the 'Manage' link if there is an action you wish to perform on a scheduled email (i.e., 'Edit', 'Delete', 'Activate' or 'Deactivate'). You can use the 'Edit' tool to edit the email template as well as the schedule.
