Super Admins use the Delete Profile Category tool to delete unwanted profile categories. Deleting a category is permanent.
You can delete a category if it has no subcategories and is not assigned to any profiles. If the Delete link is not displayed, then the category is in use. If it has any subcategories, these need to be deleted first. You can find out which profiles use this category by running a Profiles Data Report, which is available in the Kavi Showcase Reports Area. These profiles need to be edited to remove all references to the category you want to delete.
Back to topDelete the name and description for this category. If profile categories are hierarchical, the category's place in the tree is displayed. You may change the position of the category within the tree as desired. When you are satisfied with your settings, click Delete to save your changes.
