Catalog Item Statistics shows the total number of unique catalog items in the database and the number of items in each state (e.g., 'Approved', 'Pending', 'Working' and 'Rejected'). If your organization moderates catalog items, there can be multiple versions of the same catalog item, each in a different state. This report clarifies how many unique catalog items exist and how many are approved, pending approval, rejected or working. For more information on workflow states, see Workflow.
