We are happy to announce the arrival of our new in-application Knowledge Base for our Workspace 5 ** customers!
You can expect to see expanded links to materials in our Help area as part of tomorrow’s regular product update for all logged-in users – and it respects the member’s own role in Workspace (Administrator or regular Member) to show each member content that’s relevant to her!
Select Help from the choices at the top right of your browser window…
then select ‘Member Guide‘ in area on the right
this will open a page that allows you to search…
…see a list of topics…or even download an electronic manual in PDF format

We’ll be adding more Knowledge Base articles or refining what’s already there (screen shots, perhaps?) on an ongoing basis.
We welcome your feedback once you’ve had an opportunity to review it for yourself.
** Workspace 6 customers already have a Knowledge Base built in, although we’ll be migrating this over to our new environment later this year.
