Kavi Workspace provides a flexible, secure service that helps streamline workgroup participation and reduce the costs of collaboration. Over the past 18 years, our software solutions have powered the work of hundreds of organizations and tens of thousands of contributors.

Kavi’s Customer Experience team is your primary point of contact at Kavi. Our goal is to help your organization get maximum value from Workspace as effectively as possible.

We work from an established project framework that incorporates your stakeholders, business requirements and existing processes to launch your Workspace installation. When there are system integrations, we scope the situation and adjust project plans accordingly. We train you and your participants to set the stage for successful roll-out and adoption.

Once you’re up and running, our Account Managers make sure Workspace stays aligned with your business goals as your organization evolves, while our Application Support Analysts provide product support, training and technical consultation.

We are here to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – administrators can submit their requests online or by email.

Our in-office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, except when the office is closed due to holidays or administrative closings.

Kavi Help Desk: Online portal allows authorized administrators to work directly with our team. All tickets are tracked to resolution with email notifications.

Knowledge Base: Frequently updated online help is integrated into the product.

Training Webinars: Short, interactive video training sessions are scheduled each month for our administrator community. We share recorded videos after each session.
